Enjoy Zero Fees Until You Choose Your Carrier

Your payment is not processed until your vehicle is allocated to a carrier, and similarly, we only process your deposit when your vehicle is dispatched. To start negotiations with carriers on your behalf, we require a card on file for authorization, akin to the process of a car rental agreement. The remaining balance is payable upon delivery, either in cash or via a cashier’s check, directly to the carrier.

Flexible Cancellation Policy

Should you cancel your order before a carrier is assigned for any reason, your card will not be charged. Our fee is contingent upon successfully pairing you with a carrier that aligns with your needs and budget.

While it’s uncommon, external factors ranging from weather to mechanical issues may cause delays. In such scenarios, you have the option to either receive a full refund or allow us to find an alternative carrier for you.

If your vehicle is not picked up within three business days from the initial available pick-up date, you’re entitled to cancel and receive a full refund of your deposit. This commitment is part of our Safe Car Hauling Guarantee.
